If you send a request to the other user, they will have the opportunity to accept or reject your request. If they accept it, you can have a conversation with them. 

This platform doesn't require personal information, such as phone number and email to register. It has an Image Protection feature in which any photo you send cannot be saved or screen-captured by the receiver, thus, preventing the image file from being published.
